The Landing Monthly Gathering - October 19th

$35.00

Introducing The Landing

A new monthly evening for wāhine at The Shed.

Somewhere to belong, connect, and rest.

Most of us spend our days holding everything together for everyone else. The Landing is a monthly evening to put that down for a while.

Once a month, a small group of women gather in a supportive, trauma-informed space held by Amy a qualified counsellor and trauma-informed facilitator. We talk about real, everyday things  the mental load, boundaries, identity, comparison, grief, joy whatever's relevant that month. There's no pressure to share. Some months you might want to talk. Some months you might just want to sit, listen, and feel less alone and have a cuppa. Both are welcome.

Every evening closes the same way: guided relaxation, yin, or mindfulness, so you leave having actually rested, not just talked about it.

 Month's theme: Permission to Rest

The Shed Collective Oratia Auckland
Monthly, Monday evenings, 6–7:30pm
$35 per session

first session for Monday, October 19th
