Unfiltered is an 8-week, trauma-aware wellbeing programme designed for young people ideally year 9 & 10 however is beneficial for all youth.
Through weekly one hour sessions, students explore how social media, body image, and emotional stress shape their sense of self and learn practical tools to stay grounded, confident, and connected.
Each session combines conversation, creative reflection, and movement-based regulation in a safe, inclusive environment. Rather than teaching “fixes,” Unfiltered empowers youth to understand their emotions, recognise body signals, and develop healthy coping strategies they can use in everyday life.
The programme is facilitated by a Counsellor or trained Wellbeing Facilitator and can be delivered in schools or community settings.
We work alongside school counsellors and youth workers.
School wellbeing teams can be trained to run this program in there schools
