At MindfulWell, we’re dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where women and those who feel comfortable in women’s environments, including our non-binary whānau, can access compassionate, affordable care.
Our counselling and psychotherapy services are grounded in confidentiality, respect, and genuine connection.
Our counselling service is privately run and not currently funded or subsidised we are working on this we to try keep our fees reasonable. while we continue building donation funding and future subsidised services to reduce financial barriers.
We accept referrals from self referrals, GPs, allied health practitioners, midwives, schools, community organisations, and other services.

We accept referrals from self referrals, GPs, allied health practitioners, midwives, schools, community organisations, and other services. There is no referral fee, and we support both private and subsidised clients.

At MindfulWell, we believe that quality care should be accessible to every woman and child regardless of circumstance. Our counselling service is privately run and not currently funded or subsidised we are currently working on this.
If you’re in a position to contribute more, your support helps us continue offering lower-cost sessions to others in need.
Session Fee: $100–$150 per appointment
Location: In-person or online
Number of Sessions: Arranged collaboratively with your MindfulWell counsellor
Health coaching & Peer Support
Our Health Coaching and Peer Support services offer a safe, supportive space to explore and enhance your overall wellbeing physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you’re looking to build balanced nutrition habits, improve sleep, manage stress, break habits or addiction or support physical and emotional health, our trauma-informed health coaches work with you to create realistic, sustainable changes that nourish both body and mind.
Alongside coaching, our peer support spaces provide connection, understanding, and encouragement from others walking similar paths. These sessions are designed to help you feel supported, heard, and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges.
Session Fee: $90-$150 per appointment
Location: Online or in-person
Number of Sessions: Arranged with your coach, typically on a weekly basis
Together, these services offer a compassionate, holistic framework for growth, balance, and long-term wellbeing.
Our Process
1. SUBMIT YOUR REFERRAL
Submit referral, There will be a link to book your 15-minute phone call once the form has been submitted we will contact you at that time to see if we’re a good fit for you. No pressure or commitment, just a friendly conversation about your needs in the form.
2. BOOK APPOINTMENT
In our first session, we’ll explore your history, current challenges, and goals. You’ll finally have space to share without judgment, and we’ll create a plan personalised to you.
3. ONGOING SUPPORT
We’ll continue our sessions, adapting our approach as things progress. You’ll develop practical tools to improve your mental health and Health, that actually stick.
