Join us for a purposeful morning of movement, connection, and community care as MindfulWell Collective partners with The Wellness Club to raise funds for accessible mental health support.
100% PROFITS GO TOWARDS COUNSELLING SESSIONS.
This special fundraiser has been created to support free and low-cost counselling for women and rangatahi, delivered through the MindfulWell Charitable Trust. Every ticket purchased directly contributes to removing financial barriers to mental health care in our community.
Supporter ticket holders will go into a thank-you draw to receive one of three donated Dr Libby wellness books.

Learning to Cope, Together is a monthly mental health & wellbeing series designed to help you connect, reflect, and learn practical tools to cope with each workshop led by qualified professionals from the MindfulWell Collective.
Each month we’ll explore real-life topics that shape everyday wellbeing, including stress, anxiety, boundaries, hormones, nervous system regulation, self-worth, and burnout.
