Natalja Wiese
I work with adults experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and nervous system dysregulation who are seeking to rebuild mind–body connection and cultivate long-term resilience. My approach integrates Clinical Exercise Physiology with somatic practices, restorative yoga, breathwork, and evidence-informed nervous system education. I work from a trauma-informed framework and draw on polyvagal theory to support clients in moving from survival states toward greater regulation and self-awareness.
Alongside this work, I also support individuals with chronic health conditions, such as neurological presentations such as MS, stroke, and concussion recovery, where safe movement and mind–body integration are essential. My lived experience of trauma recovery informs the grounded, compassionate space I offer. My intention is to help clients restore nervous system balance, improve overall wellbeing, and create sustainable lifestyle change aligned with their values.
