Amy Reis Williams is a mental health and addictions practitioner, counsellor and health coach, and the founder of MindfulWell®, created from a commitment to social justice, community wellbeing, and accessible mental health care. She believes everyone deserves compassionate, evidence-informed support that honours the whole person.

With experience across schools, hospitals, and crisis counselling, Amy brings a deep understanding of the systemic and personal factors shaping mental wellbeing. She works with Women and youth with a wide variety of needs such as complex trauma, anxiety, sexual and physical abuse, addiction, depression, Neurodiversity and disordered eating. Offering support that integrates Conversational Model of Psychodynamic clinical Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, AFT, Emotional regulation, and mindfulness-based approaches. LGBTQIA+ affirmative and inclusive.

Amy has seen the barriers women, teens, and youth face in accessing trauma-informed, holistic care, and built MindfulWell® to help remove these barriers. Through workshops, retreats, and counselling, she provides spaces of safety, reconnection, and resilience-building.

A trauma-informed practitioner and facilitator, Amy is dedicated to care that is trauma-aware, compassion-led, and grounded in both clinical integrity and humanity. MindfulWell® reflects her core values of compassion, empowerment, equity, and community connection supporting individuals to heal, grow, and thrive.
