Welcome to MindfulWell® where healing begins, your wellbeing partner.
We support women and youth to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves through trauma-informed mental health care offered
online and in person.

We provide Counselling, Respite retreats, Health coaching and Community programs, we blend evidence-based therapies with holistic, whole-person approaches that honour the mind, body, and Wairua.

Building strong, supportive relationships within the community  advocating alongside women and youth by working collaboratively to create systems that are just, responsive, and safe.
