A gentle, day-long therapeutic 1 day retreat for teens navigating body image challenges, identity, self-worth and the social pressures of adolescence.
Combining psychoeducation on the adolescent brain, puberty, and emotional development with accessible regulation tools, journaling prompts, and guided self-reflection, this space is crafted to foster internal safety and a stronger sense of body trust.
